In the early 1980s, Jordan and Unesco expelled the humble people of the B’doul tribe from the ancient city of Petra to declare it as a world heritage site.
While hundreds of thousands of tourists from all over the world flock to the site, the local community seeks to rebuild their life on the tiny territory allocated for them.
This documentary film is a journey to the heart of the B’doul tribe of Petra. It is also an approach intended to be lucid about the inscription to the world heritage of one the most visited and sought-after destinations on earth.
