Even if most of us eat one's fill, we all suffer from a lack of different micronutrients such as iron, copper, zinc, but also fatty acids and vitamins. Even those of us who are making efforts to have a balanced diet, even those who have made the famous "5 fruits and vegetables a day" their credo.
In fact over the last fifty years, foods such as fruits, vegetables, meats, fresh milk, eggs, bread, which we consume today, have lost up to 75% of their nutritional value!
