David Reichert is a wildlife filmmaker who has dedicated his life to his passion. To make this unique documentary, David spent 4 months under a small tent in a secluded bay more than 1,000 kilometres from the mainland in the company of the director.
Off the isolated Crozet Islands, join David Reichert in the intimacy of elephant seals and killer whales thanks to his knowledge of ethology and manages to get them used to his presence. David even communicates with the penguins, soothes the young elephant seals and even turns them into living pillows. He swims alongside nearly eight-tonne killer whales and adult elephant seals.
