Châteaux of the Loire Seen from the Sky

The region of the Loire Valley (France) is home to several hundred châteaux, some of international renown.

Thanks to aerial footage, this documentary invites us to discover these architectural jewels in details, from their majestic gardens to their valuable antique furniture. We find ourselves immersed into the world of historical figures such as king François Ier, Leonardo da Vinci or even Catherine de Médicis.

Along the way, we also meet the ones who work to keep these castles alive, day after day – whether historians, curators, landscape gardeners, artists or researchers.
